This refund policy explains how digital template purchases from Memplates work, including eligibility, downloads, and support.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products

Memplates.co sells digital Canva templates delivered electronically.
No physical items are shipped.

Once a template has been purchased and access has been granted, the product is considered delivered.

Refunds

Because digital products cannot be returned or revoked after delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

This policy is standard for digital download products.

Exceptions

We will gladly assist you and may offer a replacement or refund if:

• you receive the wrong product, or

• the file is corrupted or inaccessible, or

• there is a technical issue preventing access

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
